The story of Em Bridal Boutique began when Sydneysider Katy Nguyen went on a search for her own dream wedding gown.

She knew she wanted something exquisite and with a price tag she could afford. The search proved to be so frustrating that Katy decided to take things into her own hands – literally – and create a designer bridal label for the Everywoman.

This was not altogether a fantastic proposition as Katy had previously worked in the bridal industry as a hair and make-up artist. Not to mention she’d always loved to be creative!

Today, as the head of Em Bridal Boutique, and supported by a talented team, Katy gets to have happy goosebumps at work every day when her customers shed tears of happiness as they wear their perfect dress.
