My suggestion is to really absorb every moment. Your wedding day is incredibly surreal, and what matters most is you and your partner. Take as many self-care days as you can to relax and avoid getting overwhelmed by wedding preparations! If possible, consider hiring a planner. It’s a great way to manage stress—I know I couldn’t handle the cortisol spike.
