What advice would you give future brides?

My advice for future brides would be to stay calm and really try to enjoy every minute of your special day - because it goes by so quickly. You’ve spent so long planning for the day, and when it comes to it, you need to put your full trust in your suppliers to bring your vision to life. Things will no doubt go wrong, and you need to have faith that those people you are relying on will fix whatever needs fixing and get the job done. I believe your mindset on the day of your wedding is shaped by the days beforehand. Try to book yourself in for a massage/facial and have some “me” time. It’s an overwhelming time with a million types of emotions - and you want to do what you can to be carefree and at your calmest / most relaxed for the day. This will also enable you to really go with the flow, live in the moment on the day and soak it all in!

If you were to choose one favorite supplier who would it be?

I loved my whole team of suppliers. If I had to pick just one, I would say Rose from Annette of Melbourne - the beautiful lady that designed my gown. Some people grow up dreaming of what their wedding dress will be like. I was not one of those people and I had no idea what I liked or wanted. I was indecisive throughout the whole wedding dress design process and Rose was patient, supportive and attentive. She did whatever she could to design a gown that was perfection for me and my body and really took the time to understand me as a person to enable that to happen. I would say she is now apart of our family
